Practice Promises & Expections

We promise to:

  • Provide patient focused high quality dental care. We are members of the BDA Good Practice Scheme see What this Means for our Patients
  • Maintain high standards of cross infection control.
  • Listen to you and respond to your needs and concerns. The key to successful dental treatment is communication.  We believe that patients should play an active part in decision making for their dental care. We spend time discussing the various options for your treatment.
  • Explain the cost of all treatment in advance.
  • Provide continuity of care. Our practice Principal, Dr Paul Mottram has owned and worked at the practice since 2006.
  • Have a highly skilled dental team which continuously acquires new skill and knowledge and where every member takes utmost pride in their work.
  • Aim to run to time whenever possible.

 

We ask you to:

  • Take care of your teeth.
  • Attend for regular check-ups.
  • Arrive in good time for your appointments.
  • Should you need to rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Please see our Fail to Attend/Short Notice Cancellation Policy.
  • Pay for your treatment when requested.
  • Talk to us, let us know what you think about what we are doing well and how we can improve.
  • Recommend us to your friends and colleagues.

If you are happy with your experience we hope you will tell others and recommend the practice to them.  If you are ever disappointed we would like to hear why, so we may take steps to remedy this.
